  • Local Market Visit: Begin your morning with a guided visit to a traditional Beijing market to hand-pick the freshest ingredients alongside your Peninsula chef.
  • Dumpling Workshop at Huang Ting: Return to the hotel’s Cantonese restaurant, Huang Ting, and change into a chef’s uniform. Under expert guidance, learn to mix fillings, fold dumplings into intricate shapes, and master cooking techniques.
  • Gastronomic Reward: End the session with a relaxed meal at Huang Ting, where you’ll savour your handmade dumplings alongside seasonal Cantonese specialties prepared by the restaurant’s culinary team.
